Contact D.O.C. using our online form or by phone.

We’ll ask for basic details such as:

• What item was lost
   
• Where it occurred (dock, marina, waterfront, etc.)
   
• Approximate depth and water conditions
   
• Time since the item was lost
   

This allows us to determine whether a recovery attempt is feasible.

Before any dive, we evaluate real-world conditions including:

• Visibility
   
• Depth and bottom composition
   
• Tides, currents, and weather
   
• Access and safety considerations
   

We provide an honest assessment and clear expectations. If a recovery cannot be attempted safely or responsibly, we’ll tell you upfront at no cost to you.

If conditions allow, a diver is scheduled and deployed as quickly as possible.

Every recovery dive is:

• Planned for safety
   
• Conducted with proper equipment
   
• Performed with respect for property and surroundings
   

We operate efficiently to give each recovery the best chance of success.

The diver conducts a controlled search and recovery attempt based on the assessment.

Outcomes include:

• Successful retrieval of the item
   
• Inconclusive search due to conditions
   
• Recommendation to delay or discontinue if conditions change
   

Not every item can be guaranteed to be recovered, but every effort is made when conditions allow.
